By accessing or using Clinic Setu ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Clinic Setu is an OPD (Out-Patient Department) management and appointment facilitation platform developed and operated by Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited. Clinic Setu acts exclusively as a technology intermediary and facilitator between patients and independent, licensed healthcare professionals and registered healthcare facilities.

Clinic Setu operates purely as a digital intermediary and appointment management platform. It facilitates access to independent, licensed healthcare professionals and registered healthcare facilities but is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, the clinical relationship between a patient and their healthcare provider.
All clinical decisions — including but not limited to the following — are made solely by the independent licensed healthcare professional conducting the consultation, and Clinic Setu bears no responsibility, liability, or accountability whatsoever for them:
Clinic Setu shall not be held liable — directly or indirectly — for any medical outcome, adverse event, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, incorrect treatment, drug reaction, or any harm arising from a consultation or service delivered by a healthcare professional through this platform.
The listing of a healthcare professional or facility on Clinic Setu does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, credential verification, or guarantee of their qualifications, competence, clinical skill, or the quality of care provided. Patients are encouraged to independently verify the registration and credentials of any healthcare professional they choose to consult, including verification with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the relevant State Medical Council.
Patients acknowledge that they consult healthcare professionals through this platform at their own discretion. Patients are responsible for:
Clinic Setu is not an emergency medical service. In the event of a medical emergency, do not use this platform. Contact emergency services immediately by dialling 112 (National Emergency Number, India) or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department without delay.
Clinic Setu currently offers healthcare facilities different service plans, including Clinic Setu Lite and Clinic Setu Standard. Features, limits, pricing, eligibility, introductory benefits and other commercial conditions may vary according to the applicable plan.
Clinic Setu may introduce, modify, rename, restructure or discontinue plans or packages from time to time in accordance with these Terms.
Clinic Setu Lite is primarily intended for healthcare facilities that wish to use Clinic Setu as a digital discovery, appointment-booking and appointment-facilitation platform without necessarily adopting the complete Clinic Setu OPD or clinic-management workflow.
Depending upon availability and the applicable configuration, Lite may provide functionality including facility and healthcare professional listings, doctor schedules and availability, online appointment booking, appointment notifications and limited appointment-management functionality.
Under the current commercial policy, Clinic Setu Lite does not carry a recurring monthly subscription fee unless otherwise specified under an applicable commercial arrangement.
The absence of a recurring subscription fee does not mean that appointments or other services facilitated through Clinic Setu shall remain free of platform, transaction or service charges indefinitely.
Clinic Setu may provide newly onboarded Lite Plan healthcare facilities with introductory, promotional, pilot or early-partner benefits.
Under the current introductory commercial policy, where such introductory benefit is expressly offered to a healthcare facility, the clinic-side Appointment Technology Fee shall be waived until the earlier of:
Accordingly, the introductory Technology Fee waiver shall automatically expire upon the occurrence of whichever of the above events occurs first.
For example:
From the expiry of the introductory Technology Fee waiver, subsequent eligible Clinic Setu-facilitated appointments shall become subject to the Technology Fee applicable to the healthcare facility's plan under Clinic Setu's prevailing commercial policy.
Under the current Clinic Setu Lite commercial policy, the applicable standard Technology Fee following expiry of the introductory waiver is five percent (5%) of the applicable doctor consultation fee for each eligible chargeable appointment, as further described in Section 6.6.
Only eligible completed appointments, as determined in accordance with Section 6.9 and the applicable Clinic Setu billing policy, shall count towards the introductory 100-appointment threshold. Genuine cancelled appointments, unsuccessful appointments and patient no-shows that do not qualify as chargeable appointments shall not count towards the threshold.
The introductory benefit is a temporary onboarding and promotional benefit and shall not create an entitlement to receive the same waiver, threshold, duration or pricing indefinitely.
Clinic Setu and its parent company, Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited, may introduce different introductory or promotional benefits for future onboarding programmes, markets, campaigns, facility categories or plans in accordance with Section 6.14 and Section 6.15. Any such future revision shall not retrospectively reduce an introductory benefit already expressly granted to a healthcare facility, unless otherwise mutually agreed or required by applicable law.
Clinic Setu Standard is intended for healthcare facilities requiring broader Clinic Setu clinic and OPD-management functionality.
Depending upon the applicable Standard package, functionality may include patient registration and management, online and walk-in appointment management, doctor roster and schedule management, token or queue management, digital prescriptions, staff or assistant access, reports, analytics and other operational functionality made available by Clinic Setu from time to time.
Clinic Setu Standard is a paid subscription service subject to the pricing, billing cycle, features, usage limits and other commercial conditions applicable to the selected Standard package.
Eligible healthcare facilities subscribing to Clinic Setu Standard may receive a ninety (90) day free trial, subject to the eligibility conditions and onboarding terms communicated by Clinic Setu.
During an applicable Standard Plan free trial, the subscription charge for the eligible Standard Plan shall be waived unless otherwise expressly communicated.
Unless Clinic Setu expressly provides an additional promotional waiver, appointment-based Technology Fees, third-party charges, optional add-ons, paid promotional services and other transaction-based services may remain separately chargeable during the Standard Plan free-trial period.
Upon expiry of the applicable free trial, continued use of Clinic Setu Standard shall be subject to the subscription charges and commercial conditions applicable to the selected Standard Plan at that time.
The Standard Plan free trial is separate from any introductory or promotional benefit offered under Clinic Setu Lite.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed by Clinic Setu, a healthcare facility shall not be entitled to repeatedly obtain the Standard Plan free trial by cancelling, re-registering, creating another account or otherwise attempting to circumvent trial eligibility restrictions.
Following the expiry or exhaustion of any applicable introductory or promotional benefit, Clinic Setu may charge healthcare facilities subscribed to Clinic Setu Lite a Technology Fee for eligible appointments booked, generated or facilitated through Clinic Setu.
Under the current Clinic Setu Lite commercial policy, the standard Technology Fee is five percent (5%) of the applicable doctor consultation fee for each eligible chargeable appointment facilitated through Clinic Setu.
For illustration only, where the applicable doctor consultation fee is INR 500, a 5% Technology Fee would amount to INR 25.
The 5% rate represents Clinic Setu's current commercial policy and does not constitute a perpetual or permanently fixed rate.
Healthcare facilities subscribed to an eligible Clinic Setu Standard Plan may receive a preferential Technology Fee for appointments booked, generated or facilitated through the Clinic Setu patient marketplace.
Under the current commercial policy, the preferential Standard Plan Technology Fee is three percent (3%) of the applicable doctor consultation fee for each eligible chargeable appointment facilitated through Clinic Setu.
For illustration only, where the applicable doctor consultation fee is INR 500, a 3% Technology Fee would amount to INR 15.
The preferential 3% rate represents Clinic Setu's current commercial policy applicable to eligible Standard Plan facilities and does not constitute a perpetual or permanently fixed rate.
Unless expressly waived under an applicable promotional offer, the appointment Technology Fee is separate from the Standard Plan subscription charge.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, a percentage-based appointment Technology Fee shall be calculated on the doctor consultation fee applicable to the relevant appointment.
The applicable Technology Fee percentage may vary by the geographic region in which the healthcare facility is registered, within a minimum and maximum range set by Clinic Setu for the facility's plan and region. The current 5% (Lite Plan) and 3% (Standard Plan) rates referenced in Sections 6.6 and 6.7 represent Clinic Setu's rates for its primary launch region as of the date of these Terms and do not apply uniformly to every region.
Healthcare facilities are responsible for maintaining accurate and current consultation fees and other commercial information configured or communicated through Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu may rely upon the consultation fee recorded, configured or otherwise confirmed through the Platform for calculating the applicable Technology Fee.
The appointment Technology Fee applies only to the applicable doctor consultation fee and shall not, by itself, apply to charges relating to medicines, diagnostic tests, pathology, radiology or imaging services, procedures, surgeries, hospitalisation or IPD services, medical devices or other healthcare services arising from or following the consultation.
Where Clinic Setu separately facilitates the discovery, booking, ordering, payment or fulfilment of any such service through an applicable Clinic Setu service or marketplace, separate platform fees, service fees, revenue-sharing arrangements or other commercial terms may apply pursuant to the terms governing that service and/or the applicable agreement with the relevant service provider.
Appointment Technology Fees shall apply only to appointments satisfying the eligibility criteria under Clinic Setu's prevailing commercial and billing policy.
Clinic Setu may use appointment status, facility confirmation, patient check-in, Platform activity, appointment completion status and/or other reasonable records available through the Platform to determine whether an appointment qualifies as a successfully facilitated or completed appointment.
Genuine cancelled appointments, unsuccessful appointments or patient no-shows may be excluded from Technology Fees in accordance with the applicable Clinic Setu cancellation and billing policy.
Healthcare facilities are responsible for maintaining accurate appointment statuses and shall not intentionally misreport, manipulate, conceal or incorrectly classify appointment information for the purpose of avoiding applicable Technology Fees.
Clinic Setu may establish reasonable verification, reconciliation and dispute procedures for appointment-related charges and may use reasonable Platform records when determining whether a charge is applicable.
Clinic Setu's appointment Technology Fee is intended to apply to eligible appointments booked, generated or facilitated through Clinic Setu.
Appointments independently sourced and managed entirely outside Clinic Setu shall ordinarily not attract Clinic Setu's appointment Technology Fee unless otherwise expressly covered by a separate commercial arrangement.
Nothing in these Terms requires a participating healthcare facility to route all independently sourced patients or appointments through Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu may independently charge patients a platform, booking, convenience or similar service fee for certain patient-facing services. The applicable patient-side Platform Service Fee may vary depending upon the Clinic Setu plan under which the healthcare facility operates and the digital services made available to the patient.
Under the current pricing policy:
The higher patient-side Platform Service Fee applicable to Clinic Setu Standard reflects the broader digital healthcare-management functionality and patient-facing technology services that may be available as part of the Standard workflow, which may include, depending upon the healthcare facility's configuration and use of the Platform, digital appointment workflow, digital prescriptions, medication and consultation records, medical history, health or vital records, appointment history and other digital patient-management functionality made available through Clinic Setu.
Availability of individual Standard Plan features may depend upon the participating healthcare facility, healthcare professional, applicable configuration and actual use of such functionality. Payment of the Standard Plan patient Platform Service Fee does not guarantee that every healthcare professional or healthcare facility will use or provide every available digital feature for every consultation.
The patient-side Platform Service Fee is separate from:
The current INR 9 Lite Plan and INR 19 Standard Plan patient Platform Service Fees are subject to applicable free bookings, promotional offers, wallet benefits, credits, discounts, waivers or other benefits made available by Clinic Setu.
These amounts represent Clinic Setu's current pricing policy and do not constitute perpetual or permanently fixed prices.
Clinic Setu may introduce, revise, waive, discount or otherwise modify patient-side Platform Service Fees from time to time in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where required, the applicable Platform Service Fee shall be displayed or otherwise communicated to the patient before completion of the relevant booking or transaction.
A patient's use of Clinic Setu to book a healthcare professional does not automatically make subsequent diagnostic, pathology, radiology, imaging, medicine, procedure, surgery, hospitalisation, IPD or other healthcare expenditure subject to the appointment Technology Fee.
Clinic Setu may separately provide or facilitate marketplace, discovery, booking, ordering, payment or other technology services relating to diagnostics, pathology, radiology, imaging, medicines, healthcare products or other permitted healthcare services.
Where a patient independently chooses to obtain such services through an applicable Clinic Setu service or marketplace, separate commercial terms may apply between Clinic Setu and the relevant participating service provider.
Any such arrangement shall be separate from the doctor consultation Technology Fee described above.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as providing a healthcare professional with a commission or financial incentive for prescribing, recommending or referring a patient for a particular diagnostic service, healthcare service, treatment, procedure or healthcare provider.
Clinic Setu shall not automatically levy a percentage of a hospitalisation, IPD, surgical or procedural bill merely because the patient's initial OPD appointment was facilitated through Clinic Setu. Any future Clinic Setu service involving such services shall be governed by separately applicable terms, commercial arrangements and applicable law.
Clinic Setu may undertake marketing, digital advertising, social-media promotion, patient-awareness campaigns, platform visibility initiatives and other promotional activities intended to improve awareness, discovery and adoption of participating healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals.
Such activities may be undertaken at Clinic Setu's discretion and may vary between markets, campaigns, healthcare facilities and healthcare professionals.
Clinic Setu does not guarantee any minimum number of patient enquiries, appointments, consultations, bookings, revenue or other business to a participating healthcare facility.
Clinic Setu may introduce optional paid promotional, advertising, sponsored-placement, featured-listing, digital-marketing or similar services from time to time. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, participation in such optional paid promotional services shall not be mandatory merely because a healthcare facility participates in Clinic Setu Lite or Standard.
Clinic Setu and its parent company, Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited, reserve the right to introduce, revise, restructure, replace or discontinue subscription plans, Technology Fees, patient platform fees, pricing structures, promotional benefits, introductory periods, appointment allowances, eligibility criteria, plan features, usage limits and other commercial terms from time to time.
The pricing and commercial conditions stated in these Terms represent Clinic Setu's current applicable commercial policy and shall not constitute a perpetual fixed-price commitment.
Accordingly, the current 5% Lite Plan Technology Fee, 3% preferential Standard Plan Technology Fee, INR 9 Lite Plan / INR 19 Standard Plan patient Technology Fees, introductory benefits, free-trial arrangements and other commercial conditions may be revised in the future.
Where a revision materially affects charges applicable to an existing healthcare facility, Clinic Setu will provide reasonable prior notice through the facility's registered email address, registered mobile number, Platform notification, dashboard notification and/or another appropriate communication channel before the revised charges become applicable, except where an immediate change is reasonably required due to applicable law, regulation, taxation, security, fraud prevention or circumstances beyond Clinic Setu's reasonable control.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, revised commercial terms shall apply prospectively from their stated effective date and shall not retrospectively alter Technology Fees, patient Platform Service Fees, or other charges already accrued under a previously applicable commercial policy.
Continued use of the applicable Clinic Setu services following the effective date of revised commercial terms shall constitute acceptance of those revised terms, subject to applicable law and any termination rights available to the healthcare facility.
Clinic Setu may offer promotional, pilot, early-partner, enterprise, volume-based or other special commercial arrangements to eligible healthcare facilities or service providers.
Such arrangements may have different introductory periods, discounts, waivers, pricing or commercial conditions based upon objectively applicable factors including promotional campaigns, service scope, facility category, geography, transaction volume, enterprise arrangements or other legitimate commercial considerations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotional or special commercial arrangement is limited to its specified eligibility criteria and duration and shall not create an entitlement to the same arrangement indefinitely or require Clinic Setu to offer identical promotional benefits to every healthcare facility.
All Clinic Setu fees and charges may be subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as required under Indian law.
Clinic Setu and/or Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited may issue invoices, statements or other applicable billing records for subscription charges, Technology Fees, promotional services or other paid services.
The applicable billing cycle, settlement method, payment mechanism and payment timeline may vary according to the applicable plan, service or commercial arrangement and shall be communicated to the healthcare facility.
Payments made through the Platform may be processed through authorised payment service providers.
Clinic Setu may introduce periodic invoicing, online settlement, prepaid balances, automatic deduction or other reasonable billing and settlement mechanisms from time to time.
Healthcare facilities shall remain responsible for payment of valid and undisputed amounts payable under the applicable commercial arrangement.
Healthcare facilities may be permitted to upgrade, downgrade or migrate between Clinic Setu plans subject to eligibility, technical availability and the commercial conditions applicable at the time of migration.
A healthcare facility migrating from Lite to Standard may become eligible for the preferential Technology Fee applicable to Standard from the effective date of the Standard Plan, subject to the applicable commercial policy.
A healthcare facility migrating from Standard to Lite may become subject to the Technology Fee and other commercial conditions applicable to Lite from the effective date of such migration.
Any unused trial, promotional benefit, discount or waiver under one plan shall not automatically transfer to another plan unless expressly confirmed by Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu seeks to establish sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with participating healthcare facilities.
Subscription charges, Technology Fees and other commercial arrangements help support the technology infrastructure, software development, patient-facing services, communications, customer support, security, operations, marketing, digital advertising, platform distribution and other activities necessary to operate, maintain and expand the Clinic Setu ecosystem.
Clinic Setu's commercial model is intended to enable healthcare facilities to access digital technology, patient discovery and appointment-facilitation services while allowing Clinic Setu to sustainably operate and continue improving the Platform.
Where Clinic Setu and a healthcare facility or service provider enter into a separately executed written commercial agreement, order form, proposal, onboarding confirmation or commercial schedule containing terms specifically intended to modify these Commercial Terms, such specific written terms shall prevail only to the extent of the stated inconsistency and for the duration expressly specified.
The expiry of a temporary promotional, introductory or specially negotiated arrangement shall not create an entitlement to continued pricing or benefits unless expressly agreed in writing by Clinic Setu.
By selecting, activating, subscribing to or continuing to use an applicable Clinic Setu facility service after accepting these Terms, the healthcare facility acknowledges and agrees to the pricing and commercial conditions applicable to its selected plan, including applicable subscription charges and Technology Fees.
Continued use of a paid or chargeable Clinic Setu service after expiry of an applicable trial, introductory benefit or promotional waiver shall constitute acceptance of the applicable prevailing commercial terms, subject to applicable law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of internet transmission.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, including misuse of the platform, provision of false information, or conduct that may harm other users or the platform's integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited expressly excludes all liability for:
The total aggregate liability of Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Clinic Setu in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
All doctors, specialists, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, pharmacists, healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare service providers listed on Clinic Setu are independent entities and are not employees, agents, partners, contractors, or legal representatives of Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited or Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu does not supervise, direct, control, or take responsibility for the practice of medicine or the delivery of any healthcare service by any professional or facility on its platform. Each healthcare professional and facility is solely responsible for:
Where a healthcare establishment, clinic, hospital, nursing home, diagnostic centre, branch administrator, entity administrator or any authorised representative registers, invites, adds or permits a doctor or other healthcare professional to use Clinic Setu, the concerned healthcare establishment and the healthcare professional represent and warrant that all information provided to Clinic Setu, including name, professional qualification, specialization, medical registration number, registration authority/council and other professional details, is true, complete, valid and current.
The healthcare establishment is responsible for independently verifying the identity, qualifications, professional registration, licences, authorisations and legal eligibility of every doctor or healthcare professional whom it onboards or permits to practise through its establishment.
Clinic Setu permits a healthcare establishment to onboard a doctor or other healthcare professional even where the establishment has not, at the time of onboarding, furnished that professional's medical registration number — for example, where the establishment's own records are still being compiled or updated. In such cases, patients booking an appointment with the concerned doctor are advised to independently verify the doctor's registration and credentials directly with the healthcare establishment, or with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the relevant State Medical Council, if and when they consider it necessary. Clinic Setu bears no responsibility or liability for any consultation, medical advice, prescription, diagnosis, or treatment provided by any doctor or healthcare professional on the Platform, irrespective of whether a registration number has been furnished — such responsibility rests solely with the concerned healthcare establishment, doctor, or healthcare professional.
Every doctor or healthcare professional using Clinic Setu represents that they possess all qualifications, registrations, licences and permissions required under applicable law to provide the healthcare services represented on the Platform and that such registrations and permissions remain valid while using Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu and/or Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited reserves the right, at any time, to request supporting documentation, verify professional registration with the National Medical Commission, the relevant State Medical Council or other competent authority, and restrict, suspend or remove a healthcare professional or healthcare establishment where credentials cannot be verified, have expired, appear inaccurate, or where fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Healthcare establishments and healthcare professionals must promptly update Clinic Setu if any registration, licence, qualification, authority to practise or other material professional credential is suspended, cancelled, expired, restricted or otherwise changed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clinic Setu acts as a technology platform and does not itself employ, appoint or credential healthcare professionals onboarded independently by healthcare establishments. The concerned healthcare establishment and healthcare professional remain responsible for the authenticity and validity of the professional information submitted and for compliance with applicable healthcare laws, professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Clinic Setu provides a technology platform through which registered blood banks may publish their blood component availability data. All inventory information — including blood group, component type, and units available — is entered, maintained, and updated exclusively by the blood bank's authorised staff or employees.
The platform displays the date and time at which the blood bank's staff most recently updated their inventory, to help patients assess data freshness. This timestamp is provided on a best-effort basis. Donor identities are not disclosed in any patient-facing data. The handling of blood bank operational and staff data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rampurhat, West Bengal, India.
