Clinic Setu is an OPD (Out-Patient Department) management and appointment facilitation platform developed and operated by Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited. Clinic Setu acts exclusively as a technology intermediary and facilitator between patients and independent, licensed healthcare professionals and registered healthcare facilities.

Clinic Setu operates purely as a digital intermediary and appointment management platform. It facilitates access to independent, licensed healthcare professionals and registered healthcare facilities but is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, the clinical relationship between a patient and their healthcare provider.
All clinical decisions — including but not limited to the following — are made solely by the independent licensed healthcare professional conducting the consultation, and Clinic Setu bears no responsibility, liability, or accountability whatsoever for them:
Clinic Setu shall not be held liable — directly or indirectly — for any medical outcome, adverse event, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, incorrect treatment, drug reaction, or any harm arising from a consultation or service delivered by a healthcare professional through this platform.
The listing of a healthcare professional or facility on Clinic Setu does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, credential verification, or guarantee of their qualifications, competence, clinical skill, or the quality of care provided. Patients are encouraged to independently verify the registration and credentials of any healthcare professional they choose to consult, including verification with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the relevant State Medical Council.

Clinic Setu is not an emergency medical service. In the event of a medical emergency, do not use this platform. Contact emergency services immediately by dialling 112 (National Emergency Number, India) or proceed to the nearest hospital emergency department without delay.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, including misuse of the platform, provision of false information, or conduct that may harm other users or the platform's integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited expressly excludes all liability for:
The total aggregate liability of Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Clinic Setu in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
All doctors, specialists, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, pharmacists, healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare service providers listed on Clinic Setu are independent entities and are not employees, agents, partners, contractors, or legal representatives of Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited or Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu does not supervise, direct, control, or take responsibility for the practice of medicine or the delivery of any healthcare service by any professional or facility on its platform. Each healthcare professional and facility is solely responsible for:
Where a healthcare establishment, clinic, hospital, nursing home, diagnostic centre, branch administrator, entity administrator or any authorised representative registers, invites, adds or permits a doctor or other healthcare professional to use Clinic Setu, the concerned healthcare establishment and the healthcare professional represent and warrant that all information provided to Clinic Setu, including name, professional qualification, specialization, medical registration number, registration authority/council and other professional details, is true, complete, valid and current.
The healthcare establishment is responsible for independently verifying the identity, qualifications, professional registration, licences, authorisations and legal eligibility of every doctor or healthcare professional whom it onboards or permits to practise through its establishment.
Clinic Setu permits a healthcare establishment to onboard a doctor or other healthcare professional even where the establishment has not, at the time of onboarding, furnished that professional's medical registration number — for example, where the establishment's own records are still being compiled or updated. In such cases, patients booking an appointment with the concerned doctor are advised to independently verify the doctor's registration and credentials directly with the healthcare establishment, or with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the relevant State Medical Council, if and when they consider it necessary. Clinic Setu bears no responsibility or liability for any consultation, medical advice, prescription, diagnosis, or treatment provided by any doctor or healthcare professional on the Platform, irrespective of whether a registration number has been furnished — such responsibility rests solely with the concerned healthcare establishment, doctor, or healthcare professional.
Every doctor or healthcare professional using Clinic Setu represents that they possess all qualifications, registrations, licences and permissions required under applicable law to provide the healthcare services represented on the Platform and that such registrations and permissions remain valid while using Clinic Setu.
Clinic Setu and/or Moventra Tech Solutions Private Limited reserves the right, at any time, to request supporting documentation, verify professional registration with the National Medical Commission, the relevant State Medical Council or other competent authority, and restrict, suspend or remove a healthcare professional or healthcare establishment where credentials cannot be verified, have expired, appear inaccurate, or where fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Healthcare establishments and healthcare professionals must promptly update Clinic Setu if any registration, licence, qualification, authority to practise or other material professional credential is suspended, cancelled, expired, restricted or otherwise changed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clinic Setu acts as a technology platform and does not itself employ, appoint or credential healthcare professionals onboarded independently by healthcare establishments. The concerned healthcare establishment and healthcare professional remain responsible for the authenticity and validity of the professional information submitted and for compliance with applicable healthcare laws, professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Clinic Setu provides a technology platform through which registered blood banks may publish their blood component availability data. All inventory information — including blood group, component type, and units available — is entered, maintained, and updated exclusively by the blood bank's authorised staff or employees.
The platform displays the date and time at which the blood bank's staff most recently updated their inventory, to help patients assess data freshness. This timestamp is provided on a best-effort basis. Donor identities are not disclosed in any patient-facing data. The handling of blood bank operational and staff data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rampurhat, West Bengal, India.
